I hear everyone should be owned by a small panther! Summer is our little panther--she was found by a neighbor as a very small orphaned kitten trying to survive on her own and very difficult to catch--she is still quick! At first she was quite wild, but very happy to find herself in a safe place with plenty of food, and she popped up from under her blanket every morning to greet me with enthusiasm. She has grown to be quite the lady and enjoys afternoon naps in a window with lace curtains behind her, which inspired me to create this drawing of our Lady Summer!
